Marketing and Communications
Martina Zimmermann has a masters degree in English Literature, Drama and Theatre Arts and Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the University of Birmingham (UK). She first got into contact with dance management at the Munich agency for contemporary dance, Joint Adventures, where she was in charge of the National Performance Network (NPN) and the Bavarian Association for Contemporary Dance (BLZT). After finishing her degree, she joined Bavaria Film Interactive in 2010. For seven years, she worked in the international field of corporate TV as senior producer, project lead and senior consultant. Martina Zimmermann joined the Bayerisches Staatsballett in June 2017 as head of Marketing and Communications.
