The Bayerische Staatsoper’s website is operated in compliance with the applicable legal regulations for data privacy (BayDSG – Bavarian data privacy legislation). The personal data of all users is handled with appropriate care and diligence (Art. 4 of BayDSG). Personal data will only be collected and used to be able to offer you the use of the website and its services.

With the visit to staatsoper.de, the Bayerische Staatsoper (or our webspace provider) collects data on every access to the offering (server logfiles). The personal ordering data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable data privacy regulations. With orders on www.staatsoper.de, essentially all data is protected by a secure connection (SSL and TLS) between your PC and our server. The personal ordering data (name, address, e-mail, telephone number, for example) is collected, processed and used in compliance with the data privacy regulations applicable for ticket orders in an automated process and only for the substantiation, arrangement or amendment of the contractual relationship.

It can happen that third party content, such as YouTube videos, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, for example, will be integrated within this online offering.
