OPERA FOR ALL 2021

This season, together with BMW Munich, we again invite you to the open-air experience of Opera for all on two evenings.

OPERA FOR ALL: Festival Concert

On Saturday 17 July 2021, former General Music Director Zubin Mehta will conduct a concert version of Giuseppe Verdi's Aida. The main roles will be performed by Anita Rachvelishvili (Amneris), Krassimira Stoyanova (Aida) and Fabio Sartori (Radamès).


OPERA FOR ALL with Kirill Petrenko: TRISTAN UND ISOLDE

The Festival will conclude on 31 July 2021 with the live broadcast of the performance of Tristan und Isolde conducted by Kirill Petrenko. The performance with Jonas Kaufmann and Anja Harteros in the title roles will be broadcast audiovisually to Max-Joseph-Platz.

At both events the Bayerisches Staatsorchester will perform.
