When do tickets go on sale for the rest of the season?

Detailed information about your visit will be sent to you by e-mail in good time before the performance. They will tell you what to look out for at the entrance, whether there is a break and gastronomic offers, whether you also have to wear a mouth-nose covering during the performance - depending on the regulations in force - and whether there is an obligation to provide proof of a negative test, vaccination or recovery.

Every ticket purchase will be personalised, an anonymous purchase at the box office is unfortunately not possible in the current situation. It is not necessary to register the specific visitors, but as a purchaser you are obliged to be able to name the visitors to the performance. Please pass on the instructions for the visit to the actual visitors and take note of our current additional conditions.

Please also note that due to the current situation, there may be cast changes and changes in the schedule for the productions shown - we thank you for your flexibility!

Which seats are on sale?

We have set a modified seating plan  that complies with the applicable spacing regulations for cultural events. Basically, the categories and price schemes of the regular hall plans continue to apply.

Please note that these dates may also be subject to further postponement.  Depending on demand and availability, ticket purchases can be limited to a maximum of two tickets per order. If the quantity of tickets requested exceeds the supply, the decision will be made by lot.

Wheelchair spaces: Two spaces are sold at the regular terms. Barrier-free access to the house in September will be via the Friends Foyer (Alfons-Goppel-Straße entrance). Further information on accessibility can be found here

I have a voucher that expires at the end of 2021. How long can I still use it?

Vouchers that are valid until 31.12.2021 are automatically extended until 31.12.2022. You do not need to do anything else and can redeem the voucher as usual when making a purchase online at the counter or by telephone until the end of 2022.

What can I do if I cannot attend a performance after all?

If you have bought tickets for a performance but are unable to attend, please use our Ticket Exchange Platform. Please make sure to exchange contact details with the buyer when selling your tickets via the Ticket Exchange so that we can name the visitors to the performance in case we need to.
