Terms and Conditions

1. The Bayerisches Staatsballett offers a download of photos that the ballet director and/or choreographer released for external usage. 
2. The Bayerisches Staatsballett offers this service to acknowledge the dancers’ interest in self-presentation and to keep hold of stage memories. The Bayerisches Staatsballett is not obliged to offer this service and can terminate it at any time without explanation.
3. The Bayerisches Staatsballett is in no way liable for any copyright infringements committed by the user.
4. Photographers are not allowed to send photos to dancers.
5. The photos may be used exclusively for private purposes. When using a photo, its copyright holders must be credited in text and (where applicable) by tagging on the photo.

The relevant information regarding each photo is published on the individual download site.
Photographers’ names are also part of the filename of each photo.

6. If the user repeatedly neglects to credit the copyright holders, the Bayerisches Staatsballett will withdraw his/her registration to the platform.

7. It is not allowed to make the photos available for other people/organisations to use them. For example, it is not allowed to make them available for free usage in reels on Instagram, TikTok or the like. 

8. It is only allowed to forward the photos to other companies, theatres, organisations, etc. for their marketing/PR purposes, if the usage has been clarified with the Bayerisches Staatsballett and the photographer first. Additional fees may apply. 

9. The user’s profile and login data is blocked and deleted by the BSB at the moment his/her work contract with the Bayerisches Staatsballett ends.

10. All personal data collected during the registration on the Bayerische Staatsoper websites are saved and processed for the sole purposes of offering this download service. The Bayerische Staatsoper assures that personal data will be handled confidently in accordance with data protection regulations.

11. By registering to this internal service, the user accepts the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
