THE PARTNER PROGRAMME CIRCLES
The Bayerische Staatsoper’s Premium Circle is more than a distinguished group of crème de la crème companies, institutions and individuals to support the Bayerische Staatsoper. It is far more about establishing a financing and cultural community – a forum of fruitful idea and experience exchanges at the highest level. Membership in the Premium Circle offers a series of attractive and exclusive benefits. An own box in the Nationaltheater, for example, the Premium Circle Box.

The Patron Circle is an expression of the further reaching reciprocal commitment that goes beyond the scope of the Classic Circle. Companies and private individuals that feel connected to the opera and to Munich are invited to benefit from attractive services in the Patron Circle – the ideal position between the Classic Circle and the Premium Circle.
The Bayerische Staatsoper’s Inner Circle is a group of Munich society ladies, who have come together to enable and finance selected active projects of the programme for children and young people.
We offer international donors the chance to become a part of our community by joining our International Friends Circle. The focus is on the annual Munich Opera Festival in July, where we create an exciting and varied programme.
We provide legal and administrative structures that enable international sponsors – both within and outside Europe – to donate securely and easily to the Bayerische Staatsoper, while benefiting from tax‑advantaged giving where applicable.
The Ballet Circle exclusively represents the Bayerisches Staatsballett and specifically supports its projects. You too can express your passion for ballet with a membership in the Ballet Circle.
The combination of culture and economic activity significantly characterises the attractiveness of our location. The Classic Circle draws on these qualities and primarily offers medium-sized enterprises and private individuals a bespoke cultural engagement with location Munich.
Companies and private individuals nail the colours of talent support to their mast to support the Bayerische Staatsoper with a sponsorship – for young singing talent in the Opera Studio, for example, or for promising young musicians in the Hermann Levi Academy. The sponsors follow their fosterlings’ development as part of their membership. As a partner of the programme for children and young people you in particular help to make visits better and more accessible for young people. Tours, workshops, Open Door Day, and also discussions with the performers introduce the visitors of tomorrow to the diverse world of opera.
