WHAT CAN I GET WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?
With their vouchers, recipients can look forward to all opera and ballet performances, as well as Bayerische Staatsoper concerts and lieder recitals. All items in our opera shop can also be purchased. These include goodies for dyed-in-the-wool opera fans – from wall calendars and DVDs, to Staatsoper coffee mugs.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND?
That’s entirely up to you – you choose the amount as you wish. Should the purchase amount exceed the voucher value, the rest can of course be settled in cash or by card.
To give you some ideas, we’ve put together some examples for you to show you what recipients can look forward to with their voucher:

WHAT DOES A VOUCHER LOOK LIKE?
We offer you the voucher to print out conveniently at home. If you would like to print out the voucher yourself, simply order online with the “Ticket-Direct” function.
Alternatively, we’ll also issue you the voucher as a ticket in our attractive ticket envelope.
HOW DO I REDEEM THE VOUCHER?
Simply redeem the voucher with the voucher code in our online shop or at the Bayerische Staatsoper box office.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The small print: Our vouchers can be redeemed in the three years following the date of issue. Any remaining credit is issued as a residual value certificate. Unfortunately, the subsequent settlement with a voucher on a purchase already made is not possible.
