Dörte Arndorfer

She was born and grew up in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. She studied psychology with subsidiary subject business management at the university in Greifswald. She graduated as diploma psychologist, mainly for psychology of work and management and clinical work. After graduation she worked in the personnel department of the BMW motorbike works in Berlin an in a Berlin agency for personnell matters.

As from June 2010 Dörte Arndorfer is responsible for matters of management with the Bavarian State Ballet.
