Elif Aytekin

comes from Turkey and studied voice, among other places, in Izmir. She won prizes at competitions and attended the summer academy at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. She also acquired experience in choral conducting with several choruses in her homeland. She has worked with such institutions as the Europe Opera Center, where she appeared in Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortilèges and has given concerts in Turkey and Germany. In 2007 she became a member of the Opera Studio at the Bavarian State Opera.
