Harry Egerton

From 2024, Harry Egerton began studying violin with Lily Francis at Mozarteum University. Previously, he received tuition from Sophie Rowell and Robin Wilson at the Australian National Academy of Music, after completing a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music with the guidance of Michele Walsh. Throughout his studies, Harry has participated in masterclasses with Maxim Vengerov, Mihaela Martin, and many other renowned musicians. In 2023, he performed as soloist with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, playing concertos by Bartók and Mendelssohn. He is currently an Emerging Artist with Australian Chamber Orchestra, also having performed with the ACO Collective in 2024. Harry toured with the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra last year and has been a casual player with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra since 2021. In October 2025 he joined the Hermann-Levi-Academy of the Bayerischen Staatsorchesters.
