Elzė Sadauskaitė

Elzė hails from Kaunas, Lithuania and began her professional dance training with a scholarship at the M.K. Čiurlionis Art School. In 2020 moved to Switzerland to complete her training at the Tanz Akademie Zürich under the guidance of Steffi Scherzer and Risa Boisnon. Elzė gathered initial stage experience performing in productions of Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Cinderella, La Bayadère and Flower Festival in Genzano and later performed with the Ballett Zurich in Christian Spuck’s Nussknacker und Mausekönig, Jerome Robbins’ Glass Pieces and Cathy Marston’s Traces amongst others. Elzė won 1st Place and Audience favourite prizes at the Jeune Ballet Méditerranéen Grasse, 2nd place at the Youth America Grand Prix Barcelona and was a finalist at the SI Helsinki Oopera Baletti Scholarship. In the 2024-25 and 2026-27 seasons, Elzė was a member of Bayerisches Junior Ballett München. Starting with the 2026-27 season, she will be a member of the ballet company at Theater Chemnitz.
