Emma Holstein

Assistant to the Ballet Director

Emma was born in Essen, Gemany, in 2004 into a family of musicians. Inspired by the theatre, she began taking music and dance lessons at an early age. Throughout her school years, she trained intensively in classical dance before successfully completing her A-levels. Following her passion for dance and theatre, she began an internship in press and marketing at Bayerisches Staatsballett in 2024. Upon completion of the internship, she obtained an on-staff position in January 2025, as an assistant to the ballet director.
