Simon Jones

Trainee

Born in Scotland, Simon Jones received his dance education at the Ballet-Academy Munich at the University of Music and Performing Arts as well as at the National College of Dance Australia.

After completing his studies, Simon Jones joined the Ballet Augsburg and the Ballet Nice Méditerranée where he was given roles in Christian Spuck's Das Siebte Blau as well as in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's Dangerous Liaisons. He also proved a talented interpreter of the Grand pas de deux from Raymonda.

Simon Jones joined the Bavarian State Ballet II as a scholarship holder of the Heinz-Bosl-Foundation with the beginning of the 2014/2015 season and was promoted to Trainee rank in November 2015.
