Edoardo La Vecchia

Scholarship holder of the Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung

Edoardo La Vecchia was born in Catania, Italy, in 1999. At the age of 12 he started to dance ballet at Arteballetto Akademie in Catania. With 15 he moved to London to attend the English National Ballet School. One year later he began studying at the Hamburg Ballet School of John Neumeier. With the Hamburg ballet company he performed in Hamburg and Japan in various John Neumeier pieces such as Peer Gynt, Anna Karenina, Nijinsky, La dame aux camélias, Illusions like Swanlake and Beethoven. After graduating in Hamburg in 2018 Edoardo joined the Bayerisches Junior Ballett München as a scholarship holder of the Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung in the season 2018/19.
