Vincent Loermans

Soloist

Vincent Loermans was born in the Netherlands in 1970. He began his training at the age of 14 at the Academy of Dance in Brabant. In 1990 he came to Munich to complete his training at the Ballettakademie/Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung.
Three years later he graduated and became member of the Bavarian State Ballet. In autum 2004 he was promoted to second soloist.

His repertoire includes the consul Stahlbaum in Neumeier’s The Nutcracker, the prince Gremin in Onegin, the Grand Brahman in La Bayadère, the king in A Cinderella Story, Bottom in Neumeier's  Midsummer Night’s Dream and several solo roles in contemporary ballets. In season 2003/2004 he danced in Kylián's Svadebka as well as in Ek's A Sort of… In season 2004/2005 he appears in Forsythe´s Limb´s Theorem and Petipa/Liška’s The Sleeping Beauty (King Florestan).
