Isidora Marković

Scholarship holder

Isidora Marković, born in Serbia, received her dance education at the Ballet-Academy Munich at the University of Music and Performing Arts.

In 2013, she was awarded several scholarships, one of which from the Royal Ballet Academy of Antwerp. During her engagement with the National Theatre in Belgrade, she was able to broaden her repertory with the roles of Clara and the Sugarplum Fairy in The Nutcracker (Vladimir Logunov) as well as Cupid in Don Quixote (Vladimir Vasiliev).

Isidora Marković joined the Bavarian State Ballet II as a scholarship holder of the Heinz-Bosl-Foundation at the beginning of the 2014/2015 season and was promoted to trainee rank of the State Ballet as of September 2015.
