Claudine Schoch

Soloist

Born in Zurich Claudine Schoch was trained at the Zurich Opera Ballet School. In 1997 and 1998 she won the first price at a competition in Solothurn. After that she received a scholarship for the Munich Ballet Academy/Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung. In January 2000 she joined the Prix de Lausanne where she was chosen to be best swiss dancer.

She joined the Corps de ballet of the Bavarian State Ballet in 2001 and since then has danced many solo variations such as a fairy variation in Sleeping Beauty, the third shadow variation in La Bayadère, soli in Limb's Theorem, Zulme in Giselle, big swan variation  in Swan Lake.

Claudine Schoch was promoted to soloist at the beginning of the Season 07/08.
