Viktor Shinichiro Prokofiev

Victor hails from Wakayama, Japan. At the age of twelve, he started his training at RGB – rei grand ballet in Ōsaka. From 2021 through 2024 he continued his training at Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza "Mariemma" in Madrid, Spain. In 2025 he graduated from the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam under the guidance of Grigori Tchitcherine, Rinat Gizatulin, Dario Elia and Ernst Meisner. He has studied repertoire from choreographers such as Jiří Kylián, Kenneth MacMillan, Nacho Duato, Goyo Montero and Marco Goecke. He launched his professional career by joining Bayerisches Staatsballett as a corps de ballet member in the 2025/26 season.
