Olzhas Tarlanov
Corps de ballet
Olzhas Tarlanov was born in Alma Ata, Kazakhstan and attended the local ballet academy till 2007. Supported by the Heinz-Bosl-Foundation he started training at the Ballet Academy Munich in 2007 and finished with diploma in 2009.
At the Heinz-Bosl-Foundations' matinee performances he danced among others in works like Robert North's Troy Game and Hans van Manen's In the Future. For Terpsichore VII, a gala performance dedicated to John Cranko, he danced as the main ambassador of the academy alongside three female dancers in John Cranko's Salade.
In the season 2009/2010 he was a Trainee with the Bavarian State Ballet and promoted to a Corps de ballet dancer at the beginning of the season 2010/2011.
