Laura-Marie Bittniok

Laura-Marie Bittniok, born in Düsseldorf, studied Music and Cultural Management at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Haarlem (Netherlands) and the Institute for Music and Cultural Management at the University of Music and Theatre Munich. During her studies, she worked in the areas of artistic operations office, project organisation and cultural consulting at the Wiener Konzerthaus and the student cultural consultancy FORWART. Since 2020, she has worked as Central Secretary for the European String Teachers Association. She also founded the youth orchestra ‘Junge Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie’ in 2015, which she managed on a voluntary basis in the areas of project management, public relations and sponsorship until August 2024. In September 2024, she was elected Chairwoman of the Board of the association. Laura-Marie Bittniok is a musician herself and has been playing the violin since the age of 3.
From March 2023 to June 2024, she worked at the Bayerisches Staatsballett in the administration and music rights department and since June 2024 as a marketing and visitor communication officer.
