Laura-Marie Bittniok
Laura-Marie Bittniok, born in Düsseldorf, studied music and cultural management at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Haarlem (Netherlands) and the Institute for Music and Cultural Management at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich. During her studies, she worked in the areas of artistic management, project organisation and cultural consultancy at the Vienna Konzerthaus and for the student cultural consultancy FORWART, among others. Since 2020, she has been working as the central secretary for the European String Teachers Association. Furthermore, she founded the youth orchestra "Junge Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie" in 2015, which she has been supporting on a voluntary basis in the areas of project management, public relations and sponsoring ever since. Laura-Marie Bittniok is a musician herself and has been playing the violin since she was 3 years old.
Since March 2023 she has been part of the administration of the Bayerisches Staatsballett, replacing Johanna Kantrowitsch, who is on parental leave.
