Aurélien Hoguet
Aurélien hails from Paris, France, and trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School from 2014 to 2020, during which time he appeared in productions such as Raymonda (Rudolf Nureyev), Suite de danses (Ivan Clustine), D’ores et déjà/Les deux pigeons (Béatrice Massin & Nicolas Paul), Les forains (Roland Petit) and Napoli (August Bournonville). After graduating, he joined the ballet ensemble of the Opéra national de Paris in 2021 and danced there until 2024, appearing in La fille mal gardée (Frederick Ashton), Giselle (Jean Coralli & Jules Perrot), the Nureyev versions of the classics Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and La Bayadère, Le sacre du printemps (Vaclav Nijinsky), Études (Harald Lander) and Dante (Wayne McGregor), among others. For the 2024/25 season, he joined the Georgian National Ballet in Tbilisi, where he took on the role of Hilarion in Giselle (Alexei Fadeyechev) and also danced in the Peasant Pas de Deux. He also appeared in Swan Lake and The Nutcracker (both by Nino Ananiashvili & Alexei Fadeyechev), in the latter taking on the roles of both the Prince and Drosselmeyer. Starting with the 2025/26 season, he joined Bayerisches Staatsballett as a corps de ballet member.
