Darlyn Perez

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Darlyn studied as a dancer at the New World School of the Arts for high school and then attended the Alonzo King Lines Training Program in San Francisco. In February 2018, she was chosen out of 800+ dancers to join the first ever Rambert2 Dance Company in London, UK. Touring for a year all around the UK, she has worked with worldwide choreographers such Benoit Swan Pouffer, Sharon Eyal, Ohad Naharin, Rafael Bonachela, David Harvey, Maurya Kerr and many more. 
She assisted Emma Portner during her creation of Bathtub Ballet on The Royal Swedish Ballet and has also remounted Islands on The National Ballet of Canada. 
Darlyn performed and choreographed for the band The Killers World Tour, Cirque du Soleil, Moment Factory and many more commercial companies. She continues to perform, teach and choreograph all around the world while dancing for Marez Dance Company, founded by her wife Brodie and herself.
