Myron Romanul

Conductor

Myron Romanul has been conducting performances of the Bayerische Staatsoper and the Bayerisches Staatsballett since 1987. He has conducted the Bayerische Staatsorchester in Madama Butterfly, Cenerentola and the ballet productions Le Corsaire, Paquita, Helden, Der gelbe Klang, Le sacre du printemps, Der Widerspenstigen Zähmung, Onegin, Raymonda, Romeo and Juliet, Alice in Wonderland, Portrait Wayne McGregor and La Fille mal gardée, among others. Myron Romanul has been Principal Conductor of the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra since 2005 and Principal Conductor at His Majesty's Theatre in Perth, Australia since 2008. Prior to this, he worked as a conductor and Kapellmeister for the Bosoton Ballet, the Stuttgart Ballet, the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, the Staatstheater Main and the Aalto Theatre Essen.
