Prisca Zeisel

Former Principal

Prisca Zeisel was born in Vienna, Austria. Besides her education at the Ballet school of the Vienna State Opera, she studied at the École Supérieure de danse Cannes Rosella Hightower and the Princess Grace Academy in Monte Carlo. Since 2011, she danced with the Wiener Staatsballett. With the beginning 2016/2017 season, Prisca Zeisel joined the Bayerisches Staatsballett as a soloist. In March 2017 she was promoted to first soloist rank in March 2017 and in September 2019 to principal rank. At the beginning of September 2023, she requested to leave the Bayerisches Staatsballett.
