For the first premiere of the season, the Bayerisches Staatsballett presents its new poster series for the 2023–24 season. The series is inspired by the current season motto of the Bayerische Staatsoper, "A well that looks into the sky." The concept was developed in close collaboration with image dramaturge and art director Martina Borsche, who was able to enlist Munich photographer Tanja Kernweiß for this project. Between May and July 2023, the shooting took place at numerous fountains in the city and along the river Isar. The dancers Osiel Gouneo, Eline Larrory, Mariia Malinina, Rafael Vedra, Marta Navarrete Villalba, Severin Brunhuber, and Soren Sakadales bravely plunged into the waters for this purpose and fortunately were not deterred by the water temperature.

Available now in the opera shop are the posters (A1) for €8 and a wall calendar (A3) with additional motifs for €15.
