Auguste Marmus

Bayerisches Junior Ballett München

Auguste Marmus was born in 2002 in Sweden. He has trained at the Swedish National Ballet School in Gothenburg and at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm. He has studied and performed the work of George Balanchine, Pontus Lidberg, Terrance Etheridge, Nicolas Le Riche and Jean-Guillaume Bart to name a few. In 2020 he moved to St Petersberg to study at the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet, where he graduated. He has participated in summer courses in New York (Alvin Ailey), Biarritz (Académie International de Danse) and Madrid (Art Of) amongst others. Auguste Marmus joined the Bavarian Junior Ballet Munich in the 2021/22 season, first as a Heinz Bosl Foundation scholarship holder and then as a volunteer of the Bayerisches Staatsballett in the 2022/23 season.
