The cultural and political relations between the neighboring countries of France and Germany are extremely diverse. As part of a “soirée française” in French, journalist and author Jeanne Rubner will be talking to Laurent Hilaire, director of the Bayerisches Staatsballett. The conversation will focus on his professional career from the “Étoile” at the Paris Opera to the ballet directorships in Moscow and Munich; on ballet as an art form that transcends language barriers; and on formative personalities that Laurent Hilaire has encountered on his career to date.
The discussion will be held exclusively in French.

In addition to a ticket for 3.90 euros per seat, the Salon Luitpold is also offering a 4-course French menu specially composed for the evening for 63.90 euros, including a glass of champagne and 3 oysters, in honour of Laurent Hilaire. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the official start of the event. Admission is 60 minutes before the start of the event. It is also possible to order tickets à la carte.
Please note that the system fee (EUR 4.90) is non-refundable. This also applies to cancellations. The menu price incl. wine will not be refunded in the event of cancellation 48 hours or more before the start of the event.
