Ariel Merkuri
Soloist
Born in 1995 in Tirana, Albania, Ariel started dancing at the age of five. He completed his training at the National Ballet School of Albania (2006-2011), the Accademia Teatro alla Scala (2011-2014) and the Royal Danish Ballet (2014-2017). In the 2017/18 season Ariel Merkuri joined the corps de ballet of Bayerisches Staatsballet. In 2019 he was promoted to demi-soloist and at the beginning of the 2024/25 season he was promoted to soloist.
