Ariel Merkuri
First Soloist
Ariel Merkuri was born in 1995 in Tirana, Albania and started dancing at five years old. He completed his training at the National Ballet School of Albania (2006-2011), the Accademia Teatro alla Scala (2011-2014) and the Royal Danish Ballet (2014-2017). In the season 2017/18 Ariel Merkuri joined the Corps de ballet of the Bayerisches Staatsballet. In 2019 he was promoted to soloist, since the beginning of the 2024-25 season, he is a First Soloist.
